In the story, Avalon is a mystical place that is described as the final resting place of the legendary King Arthur. It is described as an island in the middle of the lake, full of beauty and magic. Avalon is a place of healing and peace. It is also known as the home of the fairy queen Morgan le Fay, who is a kind of protective power for Avalon. It is also said that the magical powers of King Arthur lie on Avalon.
